OUR SERVICES
Women’s Healthcare
We offer specific patient care for women such as pap smears, breast care, birth control options, menopause treatment, and bioidentical hormone therapy.
Pediatrics Care
We provide pediatric patient care, for kids starting at age 6, including physicals, acne treatment, and more! We also will get them caught up on immunizations.
Family Medicine
As an outpatient family medical clinic, we focus on the patient’s overall health. Most importantly, as a family practice, we aren’t restricted to a single specialty or focus.
Allergy & Asthma
Our clinic can treat allergy and asthma concerns. Our goal is to help allergy and asthma patients live comfortable lives. Allergy testing is available in the office.

Meet Dr. Stemmerman:
Dr. Larae Stemmerman has been practicing family medicine in Iowa since 2000, offering compassionate, patient-focused care to individuals and families. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 1997 and completed her residency at Great Plains Family Practice Residency in Oklahoma City.
With a strong foundation in osteopathic principles, Dr. Stemmerman emphasizes whole-person care and long-term patient relationships. As an independent physician, she is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
